Ticket System

In order to send a support request LEiTEK, please fill in the form and click on “send ticket”.

You will then receive an Email with your ticket number.

For further Email exchange on this ticket, please always use the direct respond funktion of your Email programme. So we can assign all these Emails to your ticket.

If you wish to attach files to your Email in order to describe your faults/problems, please use the button “choose file”.

Please note that you can attach at maximum two files (maximum size per file: 10 MB; file format: PDF, Word, Excel or jpeg or zip file). The upload will start immediately.
